Shipping & Returns


Gather uses UPS and USPS for all deliveries. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm CST (excluding holidays) are typically shipped within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST, holidays or weekends may take up to 3 days to ship.


In-Store Pickup

Our local customers may choose to take advantage of our local pick-up option. Simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order confirmation, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will only be held for 7 days.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges of unused, unworn, and in perfect condition items. Please email for your exchange request. All exchanges must include original packaging and must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Upon receiving the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. An email notification will be sent out to you.

Gather is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.



Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Gather within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.
