We couldn't wait to use the Classic Tonic Syrup in our Peach Gin + Tonic and hope you love it too. There's not much that can go wrong with a classic cocktail recipe like a gin and tonic. Then add peaches for a refreshing, fruity taste and say no more.
INGREDIENTS:
(serves 1, multiply recipe for more servings)
- 1/2 peach
- 1 lime
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz Jack Rudy Classic Tonic Syrup
- 4-5 oz soda water*
- Crushed ice
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish
*For a subtle peach flavor, keep recipe as is. For a stronger peach flavor, use peach flavored soda water.
DIRECTIONS:
Fill glass with a few peach wedges and ice. Add the gin, the tonic syrup, and soda water into the glass. Squeeze the juice of the lime and finally, garnish with a rosemary sprig.
