Susan Bell is a well-known Waco-area fitness instructor with a large following, due to her fun, encouraging personality as well as her commitment to education and teaching her students the latest health and wellness information. Throughout her 19 years in the fitness industry, she has taught many different formats, such as Body Sculpting, Cardio Intervals, HIIT training, Zumba®, Kickboxing, Dance Fitness, Kid’s Fitness, Step, Circuit Training, Yoga and more. Her depth of experience has made her a very versatile and knowledgeable instructor. Susan has certifications through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America®, PiYo®, is Zumba® licensed, is an Adjunct Professor at Baylor University and the creator of Lean Body Online.
